Individual Therapy

In individual therapy you are invited to engage your stories and beliefs; to listen to the wisdom of your body and attune to the sensations that move you.

Some clients benefit from a deeply relational, experiential approach called Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) — a compassionate therapy rooted in connection, safety, and healing transformation. In AEDP, the therapeutic relationship itself provides a secure base where emotions and experiences that once felt overwhelming can be explored and processed with care. This approach helps you access your innate capacity for healing, strengthen resilience, and build new patterns of self-compassion and confidence. Rather than focusing only on “fixing problems,” AEDP attends to the emotion and meaning beneath your experiences, helping you feel both understood and empowered in your growth. Healing often unfolds here as you feel supported, seen, and genuinely accompanied through the process
Trauma Therapy

Trauma and life disturbing experiences can leave you feeling stuck and immobile. Many who experience trauma find themselves in a state of disintegration; often experiencing a disconnection between mind, body and soul. A key part of trauma work is integration. Using a collaborative approach, we will help soothe your nervous system and resource you to name and process what is fragmented; inviting y0ur body to engage its natural power of moving towards wholeness.
A specific trauma healing modality EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can be especially effective and supportive in this process. It is a holistic, evidence-based modality that is based in the study of neurobiology and uses an eight-phase treatment approach involving the past, present and future to help facilitate your body’s inherent healing process, integrate the material that is causing distress and resolve the core issues keeping you stuck.
