You are welcome here

Relational therapy rooted in safety, connection, and your innate capacity to heal

You are thoughtful, self-aware, and work hard to understand yourself, but lately it feels like understanding isn't enough.
You’ve become very good at making sense of your struggles, but still feel stuck inside them.
Maybe you've become an expert at managing or pushing through and pausing to feel your emotions feels scary.

Therapy is a place to slow all this down.
To shift away from strategies of protection and survival and back towards yourself.

You have capacity for healing and change, it’s already in you.
In the safety and steadiness of the therapeutic relationship, we'll create the conditions for it to emerge.

Together, we'll explore your inner world with curiosity and care, making space for emotions and parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside for a long time. We’ll work towards helping you feel more grounded, more connected, and able to turn towards yourself and others with compassion and peace.

Individual Therapy

Perhaps you're here ready for a change. Wanting to feel more connected, to yourself, to others, and to life. Even if anxiety, grief, or relational wounds are holding you back, change is possible. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore what’s been getting in the way, gently process emotions and heal from hurts; helping you build the trust, compassion, and openness you need to feel truly at home in yourself and in your relationships.

Every person’s experience is unique, and we tailor our approach to honor your story and needs.

Some clients benefit from a relational, experiential approach called Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) — a compassionate therapy rooted in connection, safety, and healing transformation. In AEDP, the therapeutic relationship itself provides a secure base where emotions and experiences that once felt overwhelming can be explored and processed with care. This approach helps you access your innate capacity for healing, strengthen resilience, and build new patterns of self-compassion and confidence. Rather than focusing only on “fixing problems,” AEDP attends to the emotion and meaning beneath your experiences, helping you feel both understood and empowered in your growth. Healing emerges here as you are supported, seen, and genuinely accompanied.

Trauma Therapy

“Trauma is not what happens to us, but what we hold inside in the absence of an empathic witness” - Peter Levine

Trauma and life disturbing experiences can leave you feeling stuck and immobile. Using a collaborative approach, we will help soothe your nervous system and resource you to name and process what is fragmented; inviting y0ur body to engage its natural power of moving towards wholeness.

A specific trauma healing modality EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can be especially effective and supportive in this process. It is a holistic modality that helps facilitate your body’s inherent healing process, integrate the material that is causing distress and resolve the core issues keeping you stuck. If you are interested in using EMDR in your individual sessions please contact us.

You are worth the work.

Change doesn’t come from forcing ourselves to be different, but from being met where we are.
